Returning Merchandise.

Contact us within 14 days for a return authorization number

Returns will not be accepted without authorization number from P & J Commercial Products.

Returns may be shipped to original manufacturer of product

Items must be returned unused and as shipped including packing materials to avoid damages.

After inspection by P & J or by the original manufacturer we will refund or provide another product.

Freight charges are not refundable in or out going unless its our error.

Custom orders are not refundable no exceptions.

There will be a restocking fee of 15% unless its our error.
Warranty.

A lot of our products are warranty by the original manufacturers not by P & J Commercial Products ( Example Log Splitters the main frame is warranty by P & J Commercial Product ) Pumps, Valves, Hydraulic cylinders and ect will be warranty by the individual manufacturers some others manufactures have different return policy.

A product sent to the original manufacturer will be the decision of the manufacturer not P & J Commercial Products.

If you have a product that is defected disassembling part will void all warranties.

If it is determined product is misused item will not be covered under warranty.
Engineering.

It is the responsibility of the customer to determined if the product will work in his application or codes.
Damage Claims.

Do not sign for shipment until you have inspect for any damage or missing boxes.
